About the SMARTS Family Dinner

Join us on Wednesday, November 19 from 5:30-7:30pm at the Basilica of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel for the annual SMARTS Family Dinner! We will celebrate SMARTS' 28th year in the community by exploring the role of art in our own lives. The SMARTS Family Dinner includes raffles, 50/50, and many exciting SMARTS demonstrations.... all served with a delicious spaghetti dinner! Tickets are $30 for adults and $15 for children. (You must purchase a ticket to attend this event).

 

Pass the Sauce, Share the Story as our Keynote presentation will celebrate how visual arts, music, dance, theater, and creative writing connect generations, much like recipes and stories shared around the table. Families who make SMARTS a part of their own traditions show a commitment to creativity, learning, and community—ensuring that the arts are a vital part of their lives. This evening will offer us the opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal while our students demonstrate what they have learned at SMARTS during which time we share our stories and celebrate our arts education journey as individuals and together as a family.

 

SMARTS' arts educational leadership in our community allows both hearts and minds to enable our students, families, and partners to engage, interact, and thrive. Our evening together will allow us to share highlights from this past year of SMARTS staff, students, families, and partners making the magic happen. Join us to explore the places that art has led us all, and the evening may just inspire you to create, design, or explore something new!
