SMARTS & Alcon Gives Back

In this edition of Take 5, we visit the SMARTS (Students Motivated by the Arts) Community Art School, which recently opened its new facility in downtown Youngstown. The organization provides free art education classes to PK-12 grade students in visual arts, music, dance, theater and creative writing. Then, we’ll take you to a party at Skate Zone in Austintown, where Alcon Mechanical Piping recently hosted Camp Ravenna troops and their families to thank them for their service. Business Manager Bob Summers says it’s their way of giving back.
